Engineered deep excavation exposing two live 3.0 m diameter GRP cold water pipelines over approximately 400 m, to approximately 7.0 m deep. Self supporting benched face with reinforced shotcrete and a soil nail contingency. Shoring design and structural calculation, dewatering coordination and geotechnical monitoring.
OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Subpart P, SABIC and Yansab SHEM, and Royal Commission requirements. Face stability design to a factor of safety of 1.5 against a Yansab geotechnical baseline, with daily Competent Person monitoring on a live industrial site.
