A contractor built by engineers
SFAA Contracting was established in Yanbu in 2020. We build electrical, mechanical and civil infrastructure across the Kingdom, and we commission the instrumentation, control and software that runs it.
One contractor, from trench to control screen
Our engineers have delivered infrastructure and general contracting projects in Saudi Arabia, the United States and India, and the team has more than twenty years of experience working inside the regulatory system in this region. That matters more than it sounds: an approval from the Royal Commission, Marafiq or Civil Defence is often the longest item on a programme.
We keep civil, mechanical, electrical and control work inside one company because that is where most project risk actually sits, at the interfaces between trades. A client gets one point of accountability and one set of records.
Testing and commissioning is the part we are known for. A system that is installed is not a system that works, we handle the headache of everything from start to finish, including the final handover.
We also act for international clients entering the Saudi market, handling design, permitting and construction supervision so that the work clears local approval the first time.
